Natalie Van is currently the Director of Finance at a company in Huntington Beach. Besides working within the automotive, computer, and service industries, she also had teaching experience being a professor of Managerial and Cost Accounting for six years. In her spare time, she is engaged in different community and religious activities.
Yen Chau Van has been a member of Education For The Poor since 2006. She is a strong advocate of the use of education as a long lasting way to improve lives. She graduated from medical school and is a practicing pediatrician.
Ai-Chau Hoang has been a member of Education For The Poor since 2006. She was a volunteer for the EFTP Summer 2008 and 2009 English programs.
Quynh-Chau Hoang graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2013 with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology. She then pursued the Physician Assistant Program at Chatham University and graduated in 2018. Quynh-Chau was a volunteer instructor for EFTP's 2008, 2009 & 2010 Summer English Programs.
Thu-Hang Tran was a volunteer of the 2018 Summer English Program. As a recent graduate at Boston College, she holds a masters degree in Higher Education and is now sharing her love for traveling at Kennesaw State University as an Education Abroad Program Coordinator.
Tue Phuong graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, a Master degree in Education, and obtained a California teaching credential in Accounting. In 1989, Ms. Van became the Treasurer of The Association of Vietnamese Language & Culture Schools of Southern California where she worked to acquire sufficient financial resources to fund the first Pedagogic Training session of the organization.
